Olivier Visa was named President and Chief Executive Officer in July 2020. In this role, Olivier leads the company toward accelerated growth, enhanced employee development, patient-centric innovation, and deep customer engagement.

Olivier joined the company in 2017 as the OEM Franchise leader with over 28 years of life sciences leadership experience. He is highly regarded for driving focus on patient outcomes and team collaboration to lead dynamic business transformation and build sustainable value. Before Evergen, Olivier served as Vice President of the Global Compounding business unit of Baxter Healthcare, where he led, with the support of the country leaders, the acceleration of profitable growth with a relentless focus on patient safety. Before this role, he had multiple commercial leadership responsibilities worldwide, including Baxter Pharmaceuticals and Technology and its global contract manufacturing business.

Olivier earned a doctorate degree in pharmacy from the University of Aix Marseille II and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jody Phillips, CPA, was named Chief Financial Officer in April 2022. Jody has over 30 years of experience as a financial leader in the medical device industry and has worked with startups and private equity-owned and publicly traded companies. Before joining Evergen, Jody served as Executive Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer at Exactech for over 20 years.

Jody earned a Master of Accounting in Accounting & Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida. He completed the Advanced Executive Program at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kim Spooner was named Chief People Officer in June 2023. She has over 20 years of human resource experience focused on people-centric solutions to drive organizational performance. Before joining Evergen, Kim led HR initiatives and programs that enhanced the employee experience, fostered a positive and inclusive culture, and supported growth in the healthcare industry at the Steadman Clinic, Women’s Care Florida, Zelis, and CVS Health.

Kim earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior from Rollins College.

Amanda LoGuidice, Ph.D. is responsible for shaping Evergen’s scientific direction and strategic marketing vision. She leads the company’s technical and product science teams, including Research & Development, Strategic Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory, Clinical, & Medical Affairs. Amanda plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare solutions.

With over two decades of experience in the medical device industry, Amanda has consistently proven her ability to grow and lead, seamlessly transitioning into roles of increasing responsibility and leadership. Her leadership has been instrumental in advancing Evergen’s scientific and strategic goals.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Connecticut. She furthered her expertise with a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Regenerative Medicine at the University of Florida Shands Medical Center’s Department of Surgery.

Chad Croasdale plays a pivotal role in executing Evergen’s commercial vision as the CDMO of choice in regenerative medicine solutions.

Prior to joining Evergen, Chad served as President and Chief Commercial Officer of 270 Surgical, a product development, branding, product positioning, commercial strategy, and business development company. Chad also held leadership roles at Stryker, where he spent 18 years in roles of increasing responsibility in sales and marketing before serving as VP and General Manager of Stryker Communications, Endoscopy.

Chad earned a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Widener University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hobart College.

With a focus on accelerating customer-centricity in our operations, Kevin is responsible for Evergen’s Operational Excellence strategy and driving our culture of continuous improvement.

Kevin brings over 25 years of business and operational experience to Evergen. He has held executive-level positions with many medical technology companies, most recently as the Senior Vice President, Tissue Technology Operations for Integra Life Sciences. Before Integra, Kevin held leadership roles at Miltex, Inc. and Dentsply/Sirona. He has extensive experience in leading global compliance operations, with a deep understanding of production and regulatory requirements in tissue technologies, surgical devices, medical instrumentation, and dental anesthetics.

Kevin earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the York College of Pennsylvania.

Matt was named Vice President in July 2019. He oversees Evergen Donor Services, our not-for-profit organization that partners with tissue recovery organizations in acquiring donated tissue on behalf of Evergen.

Prior to Evergen, Matt served as Chief Operating Officer at Lions Eye Institute for Transplant & Research in Tampa, Florida, where he oversaw Eye Banking operations. He previously held leadership roles at several other tissue donation organizations, including New England Donor Services, Tissue Banks International, Donor Network West and OneLegacy. He is active in the American Association of Tissue Banks as a Certified Tissue Banking Specialist and has held several leadership positions within the organization.

Adam Poniatowski oversees the BTO and IT strategy and promotes change management to instill a culture focused on increased accountability and speed of execution. The BTO also creates a simple, clear, and consistent approach to defining value and tracking progress throughout the organization.

Since 2005, Adam has served in various leadership roles in Engineering and Operations, including four years as Plant Director of Alachua Operations. Most recently, he led multiple programs supporting accelerated growth and operational excellence. Adam began serving as Director of the BTO in July 2020 and was named Senior Director of the BTO in April 2022.

Adam earned his Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida.
